THE TRINITY TRAILS GEOCACHING ADVENTURE
The TRWD Trinity Trails Geocaching Adventure takes you on a journey throughout the entire trail system to discover hidden gems, historically significant locations and some of the most popular spots along the trails. It's perfect for families, geocaching newbies and seasoned "cachers" alike.
The TRWD Trinity Trails Geocaching Adventure consists of 30 geocaches hidden along the trails! An award awaits those clever enough to find all 30 caches and answer the question located inside each one. Details on how to get this award are in the "Take the Challenge" section.
While on your adventure, you'll marvel at the 70+ miles of scenic beauty Fort Worth's Trinity Trails has to offer. On any given geocache quest, you are likely to see runners, walkers, cyclists, families or even an occasional horse sharing the trail with you (it is Fort Worth, after all).
WHAT IS GEOCACHING?
Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game. Using a GPS-enabled device (you can even use your smartphone), navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the container hidden at that location, known as a "geocache". We're warning you, once you experience the thrill of the treasure hunt, you'll be hooked.

DO YOU LIKE A CHALLENGE?
To participate in our challenge, download the Challenge Passport. Print
out the passport and bring it along to log the answers to the question we
have included in each cache when you find them. Don't have your
passport with you? No problem, just remember the answers and log them
on your passport later.
If you're adventurous enough and find at least 25 of the 30 geocaches necessary to complete the challenge, log them and submit the completed passport to earn an official TRWD Trinity Trails Adventure Geocoin. The Challenge Passport document includes full details and submission instructions.
